To underline our commitment to quality and sustainability, we offer a 2-year guarantee on all Fashion Yolo T-shirts. This means you can be sure that your money won't be wasted on quality t-shirts. If there is any problem with your Fashion Yolo T-shirt in the next 2 years, we will repair or replace it. We stand behind our quality and want you to enjoy your t-shirt for a long time!
Scope of the 2-year guarantee:
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied and can enjoy the first-class quality of our t-shirts for a long time. Our 2-year guarantee therefore covers repair or replacement for the following defects:
- Material defects
- opening seams
- extreme color loss
If the T-shirt is self-inflicted or has general wear and tear (e.g. slight color fading), we cannot repair or exchange it.
Complaint about your t-shirt in 3 steps:
- Send a photo of the defect and proof to info@fashionyolo.com
- We will contact you as soon as possible to find out whether the defect is covered by the guarantee and send you the return slip
- After receiving your t-shirt, we will repair or replace it and send it back to you free of charge
